ReUp is a transformative two-day conference created exclusively for incarcerated women, designed to uplift, inspire, and unlock new possibilities for life beyond the walls. Hosted inside correctional facilities, this powerful gathering combines faith, empowerment, entrepreneurship, and personal healing to help women rediscover their purpose and boldly embrace the future waiting for them.
Over the course of the weekend, women experience:

As part of our Conference to Continuum of Care model, we use this conference to hear directly from the women through surveys, conversations, and feedback sessions. These powerful moments allow us to assess their real-time needs, struggles, and hopes for reentry so we can tailor our follow-up services to truly meet them where they are.

ReUp, participants are invited to enroll in our T.H.R.I.V.E. (Transforming Her Reality Into Victory Everyday) program — a 6-week, trauma-informed, gender-responsive reentry course designed to directly address the issues women tell us they’re facing.
T.H.R.I.V.E. focuses on four core pillars:

🌸 Femininity — embracing self-worth, identity, and womanhood unapologetically
🌸 Finances — equipping women with the knowledge and tools to manage money, find employment, and create financial stability
🌸 Family — preparing women to heal, restore, and rebuild family relationships damaged by incarceration.
It’s not a cookie-cutter program — it’s shaped by the voices of the women we serve.
Through participant surveys and real-time conversations, we gather their voiced needs, allowing us to customize reentry programs, mentorship opportunities, and post-release services like our T.H.R.I.V.E. program and transitional housing initiatives.

Reentry support continues beyond incarceration through T.R.A.P., a mobile app designed to keep justice-involved women connected to the ReUp community. The app provides consistent access to encouragement, mentorship, reentry resources, and parole mandated courses.
T.R.A.P. was intentionally developed to foster ongoing connection, accountability, and holistic support for women reentering society — reducing the risk of recidivism by proactively addressing the emotional, practical, and relational barriers that often arise after release.
This tool helps maintain the continuity of care established during Re-Up and T.H.R.I.V.E., ensuring no woman feels abandoned after leaving prison.
T.R.A.P.. becomes a consistent source of strength, hope, and direction as she navigates the challenges and opportunities of freedom.
With T.R.A.P., freedom isn’t just a destination — it’s a supported, sustainable, community-led journey.

As part of our Conference to Continuum of Care model, we recognize that reentry success requires more than just hope and programming — it requires safe, stable, and supportive housing. That’s why we’re moving forward with the final, critical phase of our care continuum: the T.A.M.A.R. Reentry Housing Program.
T.A.M.A.R. (Transformative Aid
As part of our Conference to Continuum of Care model, we recognize that reentry success requires more than just hope and programming — it requires safe, stable, and supportive housing. That’s why we’re moving forward with the final, critical phase of our care continuum: the T.A.M.A.R. Reentry Housing Program.
T.A.M.A.R. (Transformative Aid for Mental Health and Rehabilitation) is a comprehensive, trauma-informed transitional housing program for justice-involved women. We are actively working to secure funding for an 8,000 sq. ft. reentry housing facility in Midland-Odessa that will serve as a safe landing space for graduates of ReUp, T.H.R.I.V.E., and users of the T.R.A.P. app.
Too often, justice-involved women leave incarceration only to face housing insecurity, mental health challenges, unemployment, and broken family relationships. .
T.A.M.A.R. eliminates those barriers by offering a fully integrated, supportive, faith-based environment where women can truly rebuild their lives. Since inception, T.A.M.A.R. has housed over 400 women through partnerships with local apartments in Dallas. We are now seeking our own facility.

The Conference to Continuum of Care Model is more than a reentry strategy — it’s a direct access point to engage justice-involved women in a meaningful, large-scale way. Through events like the ReUp Conference, we’re able to connect with hundreds of women at once.
Our Pre-Release Reentry Program

The ReUp Conference connects directly with our T.H.R.I.V.E. (Transforming Her Reality Into Victory Everyday) Reentry Program, a dynamic 6-week pre-release course offered at the Marlin Unit. T.H.R.I.V.E. covers four powerful pillars:
- Faith: Healing and hope through spiritual development
- Femininity: Embracing self-worth and identity
- Finances: Building money management and career readiness skills
- Family: Restoring and strengthening family relationships
Graduates celebrate their achievement with individual and group photos they can send home to loved ones — a memory of transformation in progress; A NEW WOMAN!
In 2025, T.H.R.I.V.E. workbooks will be provided to all Re-Up participants to introduce them to life-changing content that prepares them for successful reintegration. This will allow women to take the course on any unit via their Securus tablet.
